LICENSE AGREEMENT

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions

before using this software. If you do not agree to the terms

in the following license and disclaimer of warranty, you

should delete all copies of the software that are currently

in your possession.

The "Evaluation Versions" are versions of THE SOFTWARE that

are operated without a valid registration code. These include

all accompanying files and documentation.

You are hereby licensed to use any Evaluation Versions of

THE SOFTWARE for a 30 day evaluation period.

You may make as many copies of THE SOFTWARE as you wish.

You may give exact copies to anyone, and redistribute the

complete and unmodified software via electronic means,

including uploading to electronic bulletin boards, as

long as all accompanying files are included intact and

unmodified.

You are specifically prohibited from charging a fee, or

requesting donations, for any such copies, however made, with

the exception of a reasonable fee associated only the

expense of duplication and distribution.

You are permitted to redistribute exact copies of the

original Evaluation Versions and accompanying documentation,

in its unmodified form, in packages with other products, as

long as all accompanying files are included intact and

unmodified. Distributors are requested to ensure that the

most recent version is distributed by consulting the

You are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or

disassembling the software.

Any copying or redistribution of the software that is not in

accordance with the policies stated in this license agreement

is a violation of United States and International copyright

law. Any copying or redistribution of the software that does

not include all accompanying files intact and unmodified is a

violation of United States and International copyright law.

Unregistered use of Evaluation Versions after the 30-day

evaluation period, plus 15-day grace period, is in violation

of United States and International copyright law.

EVALUATION AND REGISTRATION

This is not free software. This license allows you to

evaluate THE SOFTWARE in its evaluation (unregistered) form,

without charge for a period of 30 days. If you wish to use

THE SOFTWARE after the 30-day evaluation period, plus a

15-day grace period, a registration fee is required.

Registration of THE SOFTWARE permits unlimited usage of THE

SOFTWARE by the registered party on any computer of which that

person is the primary user.

If THE SOFTWARE registered to a person is installed on more

than one computer of which that person is the primary user,

simultaneous operation of THE SOFTWARE on more than one

computer is not permitted.

YOU MAY NOT DISTRIBUTE, OR MAKE PUBLICLY KNOWN, ANY PERSONAL

REGISTRATION INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU BY ANY PARTY.

The software and documentation are owned by the author,

Nigel Bufton, and are protected by United States and

International copyright laws and international treaty

provisions. Therefore, you agree to treat the software like

any other copyrighted material, except that you may make and

distribute exact copies of the Evaluation Versions of the

software as specifically provided in this license agreement.
